Prestige Chauffeurs operates this website and the chauffeur services booked through it. For any privacy question or request, contact customerservices@prestige-chauffeurs.co.uk. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Journey details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time and number of passengers
• Any special requests you choose to share (for example child seats or flight numbers)
• Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (we never see or store your full card details)

We use your details to prepare and confirm your quote, fulfil your booking, take payment, and contact you about your journey. We also keep basic records of bookings for accounting and dispute resolution, as required by law.

We use anonymised website analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We share only what is needed to deliver your journey: the chauffeur assigned to your booking, and our payment provider to take payment securely. We never sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

Booking records are retained for up to six years to meet tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Enquiries that do not become bookings are retained for up to 12 months.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email customerservices@prestige-chauffeurs.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to function (for example keeping you signed in) plus analytics cookies to measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
